This support can be arranged remotely or I can visit your business.

EMAIL SETUP
Avoid using @gmail and @hotmail etc. addresses for your business. Start as you mean to go on by having a proper email address. This will avoid having old emails in personal accounts and will instantly signal to your customers and investors that you are a proper business here to stay.

Whether your business is totally online or you have a bricks and mortar establishment, you are going to need a way to accept payments other than just bank transfers. Nowadays, customers want the most convenience method. I can help you set up e.g Stripe, Square, Apple pay, Paypal etc.

If the last year has taught us anything, its that you must be able to sell your stock online. Awful as the pandemic period was, it also served to widen many shop's customer base. What was a local shop selling to local people can become a local shop shipping nationwide and internationally. I can help you set up your online shop using tools such a Shopify etc.
TRAINING
I am a fully qualified IT trainer and I love to teach people how to use their new setup. I won't just come in and install, I will give you step by step training so that you know exactly how everything works and you feel confident going forward.
DOCUMENTATION
I like to share the knowledge. I will document your entire setup so all you need to do is glance in Sharepoint to find the instructions or look at a configuration. Setting up a good document library is essential. In the future if you are ever hoping to achieve ISO certification or other compliance certification half of the work will be done if you document as you go.
GDPR COMPLIANCE
GDPR need not be a dirty word. I have experience in attaining compliance for companies. Awareness of GDPR from the start can build good habits and lessen the burden than if it is an afterthought. If you use a Microsoft 365 company setup, there are already many tools built in which assist in GDPR compliance.

Often overlooked in new businesses, but essential for peace of mind and security. Your sensitive business information needs to be backed up in a secure way. This will avoid data loss in the event of accidental deletion, cyber attack or hardware systems failure.

It's a difficult task to keep up with cyber criminals and the myriad attack methods happening now. I can analyse your current setup, configure firewalls or other security tools to keep your company and your data safe. I always follow best security practises when setting up any systems. Any devices such as laptops should be encrypted and a reliable anti virus software installed.

I have spent five years working as an AWS Cloud administrator so can help with setup and configuration.
